NOTICE OF INTENET TO FILE APPLICATION

The Baca Grande Water and Sanitation District intends to file an application
for federal financial assistance with the U. S. Department of Agriculture,
Rural Development, Rural Utilities Service. The proposed Wastewater
Treatment Plant (WWTP) Improvements project includes rehabilitation of
and improvements to the District's existing WWTP including structural
repairs, building rehabilitation…
