Xpress Bill Pay - the Easiest Way to Pay Your Bill
Our new online bill payment option saves you time and gives you more flexibility in how you pay your bill.If you have an Internet connection and an e-mail address, you can now pay your bill online.

It’s fast, it’s easy, and you no longer have to write a check each month or find a stamp when it’s time to send in your payment.We have partnered with Xpress Bill Pay for online bill payment options.

You can select a payment type — credit card, debit card, or electronic funds transfer — enter the information, and you’re done! It’s that easy, and it only takes you a few minutes each month.

To Sign Up...
1 ) Go to www.XpressBillPay.com 
2) Click on “Create a free account”. If you’ve already signed up with Xpress Bill Pay, you can log in with your e-mail address and password.
3) Follow the instructions on the screen. You will need a valid e-mail address to create an account. Once you’ve submitted your information, you will receive a default password by e-mail.
4) Go back to www.XpressBillPay.com and log in using your e-mail address and password. The “Add e-Bills” page appears. Follow the instructions on the screens to add us to your Xpress Bill Pay account.

Once you’ve created an account, you’ll be able to go online at any time to view and pay your bills.

  • What is the IVR system?
    The IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system provides you with a complete bill payment system over the phone.
    You can pay your bills anytime, anywhere.
    All you need is a phone.
     
  • How does it work?
    Dial the toll-free number 888-504-0548 and provide your account number to locate your bill.
    The IVR system will tell you your account balance, the payment due date, and then guide you to make your payment using a credit card, debit card, or eCheck.
    You are provided with a confirmation number and
    notified whether the transaction was successful or not.
    At the end of the call, you have the option to set up Auto Pay.
    Additionally, you may call the payment center (800-720-6847) and make payments over the phone with a live operator.
    Both the IVR system and our payment center offer service in English and Spanish. (Note: Payment
    center Spanish service hours vary.)

  • OVERNIGHT PAYMENT BOX: You can drop off your payment at the office anytime:
    There is a drive-up payment box in the parking lot at the District office located at 57 Baca Grant Way S, Crestone.
  • BY PHONE: Also available is payment by phone and direct payment with a credit card. Just call 719-256-4310 or Xpress BillPay customer service at 800-766-2350.
  • IN PERSON: If you enjoy doing business face-to-face you can always stop by the BGWSD office at 57 Baca Grant Way S to pay your bill.
